I have been using this app for a few weeks and it has been hugely helpful in figuring out what can be improved in terms of on page SEO for my website. Lot's of useful features in one place. But the best part is there super efficient support. I lost my SEO code that was inserted by the software during theme update. Even before I could send them a support ticket they contacted me to let me know there was an issue with my website and they will fix it for me!!! What more can I ask for? The best team ever. Keep up the good work guys. Amazing software, amazing team, pleasure to work with. Thanks :) Highly recommended to anyone who takes SEO seriously.

This has been a great app to have on our site! Right from the beginning, I was glad that there was a longterm free option, but not because I'm cheap or want everything in life for free. It gave me a no-pressure space to try them out on my terms without the rush of making a decision right away. I am also very happy with the results and service I have received so far!

I use this application for the SEO of my website, it really is very complete and intuitive, it has all the functions you may need to keep the website in perfect condition. It includes the option of structured data and image targets that others do not include. But if this wasn't enough, their customer service is wonderful, very quick to respond and very proactive, they have helped me even doing things that are not their job. I am not an IT professional and it's definitely a big challenge for me building up an online shop by myself. I have zero knowledge about SEO but this app is so easy to use and understand. Especially the Bulk Edit function is super useful and I recommend to subscribe the app and make sure the Bulk Edit function is in the plan. It saves so much time for me. More importantly, I got the great support from Rado of Sherpas design team who replies and follows up my cases so quickly, solves my problems and shares with me lots of valuable advices on SEO knowledge, market trends and so on. Though it's still a long way for me in building up the SEO of my online shop, it's a good start now. Recommend this app to all!

So happy I found this app! Extremely easy to use, with clear instructions. I was using another SEO app from Shopify App store but ended up removing it as it didn’t seem to update the changes I was doing. The previous app left some trails behind after uninstalling, but Smart SEO Team messaged me to tell me about it and removed it fully. So special thanks to Lina and Rado for resolving everything in 24 hours! Cannot recommend this SEO app enough!

Great experience with Smart SEO. I was having issues on my website from a previous SEO app that I wasn't even aware of. They contacted me and let me know that something was firing double data on my website. They straight away helped us to fix it, and it was all done within 1 hour of updating the app. The service was professional, fast, and friendly. I would rate them 10/10 and would like to thank Rado for the exceptional service.

I want to be honest as had some issues with support and the app initially which led me to a one-star review. Since then the owner and developer of the app has been absolutely outstanding with his communication and knowledge, taking a personal interest in my concerns fixing errors and making some quite huge upgrades to the app itself to me more intuitive and streamline the experience of using this app in the Shopify store platform.
The app has my broken links sorted along with a whole range of other tools to keep my SEO ranking the best it can be without all the hard work.

I installed Smart SEO and forgot to turn off a JSON-LD file from another SEO App. This caused a critical error in Google Search Console where my product no longer showed in the Google Search results. I contacted Smart Seo and within a day (mind the time difference) it was fixed!

But that is not all! Rado from Smart Seo went beyond the call of duty. Just read what else Rado fixed:

Then I used its feature to clean microdata from your theme, and then I commented out (made inactive) a few scripts in your theme which were outputting duplicated JSON-LD structured data.
At the end, I have disabled the JSON-LD feature of your TinyIMG SEO Image Optimizer & Speed app which you have installed.
As you can see there are no longer errors in the structured data.

Now that is customer service! I really recommend this app.
