You'll read a fair number of reviews on here that mention Milan and his helpful he is. When I see reviews like that I sometimes think it's somebodies friend or family member. Well, in this case, I don't know Milan from Adam but have found the sentiments to be very true. He has taken the time to be very helpful and responsive to assist me in every step of the set up process. He has been very helpful in answering my questions and I don' know much about SEO at all. Customer service is a lost art these days with most businesses offering abysmal assistance. SmartSEO and Milan are the exact opposite. Imagine a company that lets you know when there are SEO issues on your site, and offers to fix them within the hour for free. Sherpas Design has been nothing but amazing during our use with Smart SEO. We have updated out Shopify theme a few times, and each time our theme caused SEO issues. Before I had time to reach out, Sherpas Design emailed our company and let us know they could fix the issues. After giving them access, they fixed the issues and even pulled a Google Search report for us to look at, and see the work was completed. They are NOT paid fo this support, this is support worth thousands of dollars that they provide free for using their app. If there were 10 stars they would get it every single time. Thank you Sherpas Design & Team. Our company appreciates the hard work you do!

The App itself is very easy to use and I noticed an immediate effect with our pages climbing on Google within a few days. Well worth the small amount we pay every month compared to the time and effort it saves us.
I’ve had to contact customer services twice, once with an issue with opening the app on a particular device which they resolved within a few hours and another time with an integration issue which was my own fault. Both times responded quickly, professionally and went above and beyond to resolve both issues. Customer care is truly outstanding. Thank you.
