This App does what our third party shipping App & Shopify can't do!
We were able to set up separate rules for B2B and B2C and other limitations are now a thing of the past!
A big shout out to Mira in support - just WOW - so patient and great knowledge. Also Mira confirmed every rule prior to making live (as well as testing it first).

The Smart Shipping Rates & Rules app has been a fantastic addition to our store. We needed to set up product restrictions for different locations, and Raymar made the entire process quick, straightforward, and hassle-free.
His support was excellent, responding promptly and ensuring everything was configured correctly. Since implementation, we've had no issues with products being sold to the wrong locations, which has given us much greater confidence in our shipping setup.
Highly recommend both the app and Raymar's support team for anyone needing advanced shipping rules and location-based product restrictions.
Absolutely brilliant. We wanted a free shipping option on specific products rather than having to use the blanket setting on the whole shop, which is all the basic Shopify app allows you to do.
I read a few reviews and decided to install, wasn't sure how to set up (it looks straightforward enough but I'm not good with this sort of thing), so I asked via chat if this was possible and Mira set it all up for us there and then. And all this very late on a Sunday evening. I wasn't even expecting a reply until at least the following day!
A quick test shows it works perfectly, exactly what we wanted and all done and set up in minutes. Blown away by the level of service provided which I did not expect from a free app, and I'll certainly be looking at what else they offer. Superb and seamless throughout.
