i want to test how it can help me to organize my product description in a fast fast fast fast manner.
I have a question. I am planning on buying a new Shopify template called Symmetry to change my product page style by adding specific tabs per product. The developpers suggested using your app however they don't know if your app would work. Can you tell me if your app can be used on the OS2 theme Symmetry? *I ask you this question by writing a review because I could not find another way to contact you.

We're sorry that support form was not easy to find on the listing page, it's in the Support tab (next to About the app tab), below the screenshots.
Anyway our support team already sent you reply to your email. Our app works with any Shopify theme, in the most cases it works out of the box. But if not, our support team will be happy to configure the app for you.

It's easy to use and doesn't require html skills. What is useful for me is to be able to put many tabs at the same time.
I use this up to customize the look of some products on my page. Very helpful to have the presented information intuitively structured.
Great app, some issues you have to work around though but it is manageable. Also, the fact that the app is free is a big plus.

Look, I'm no expert. Brand new to this. But when I ask support an apparently dumb question, I don't think it's very helpful to reply with an attitude. I'd suggest looking elsewhere for your tab needs if you think you'll have any trouble setting this up as there are lots of apps doing this.

If you need help with application setup, please contact us through Live customer support chat and we will respond right away.
From your side you don't need to add any code to your theme as application loads from Shopify Api, not from your theme.
You can create tabs two ways.
If you need Specific tabs, use heading 5 at your product description after you activated them inside the app:

To add tabs to multiple products or collections use Shared tabs, you can only create them inside the app:
