This app simply does what it says. It's very useful if you have lots of products, and the support is helpful.

Same comments as everyone else - app used to be good with excellent support - however support is now non-existent. You are taking a big risk implementing an app with no support. We now have to start finding an alternative.

BEST APP EVER 6-STARS

Before this app I had to manually add tags to products > make sure the tags are in the right products > add new tags for Search filtering > change tags based on Price changes etc...... which consumes alot of time.

With this app i can in one go create rules to attach tags automatically based on the title, Description, Price Range, Vendor, sale Tags etc.

Now I have more free time as this app will work automatically for you.

Superb customer service. They responded to messages promptly and helped customize the app. to my specific needs.

The app. itself is a great auto tagging time saver.

Was absolutely loving this app and our store uses it extensively but we're having issues with a few of the rules not working and there's absolutely no support available

I absolutely loved this app and I have had amazing support in the past. However, our store completely relies on this app and it has suddenly stopped working and I can't get anyone to respond. I have sent multiple emails in the last month and not had a single reply. Please help as we are lost without it!!

Great app poor customer support. they take 1-2 weeks to reply.. Great pity... so much potential for this app.

This was a great app right up until the development team stopped replying to support emails/chats. No matter how much potential the app may or may not have, if you can't get anyone to answer questions or assist with issues, then the app is really a 'dead app' and needs to be replaced with something that has a currently active support team. This went from being one of the most well supported apps to one of the worst.
