Amazing app with even better support. The best support I've encountered thus far, actually. I'll recommend Smart Tags to ANYONE and EVERYONE who needs to automate their tags in any way. It's not the most intuitive app, but their support will walk you through step by step to accomplish your goal. For the price, this app is killer.

Still waiting for support, over 2 weeks also. I think the actual app looks to have real benefits but impossible to tell as this developer has made is specifically impossible to email or contact anyone. Terrible

i love this app, its amazingly useful and handy and works very good and is pretty attractive.. support is Active and cleared up all my questions and concerns! :) the limit of 50/1000/5000 products/orders/customers has to do with how many items you are Currently Processing when you go to process the tags :) beautiful.
and a really neat thing about this app is that it can fix your Tags Groups!!!! just type in a Group Tag in the product editor (for example Team_Toronto Blue Jays) and then instead of exporting and importing csv and adding/removing ax extra tag, you can just run Smart Tags to check for anything it needs to update, and it will basically Finalize the group for you! :D

Like others have said, support used to be good but now I can't get a reply. It has been working well but I can't get help with upgrading my plan. Shame.

Great product! They need to add one more rule: If shopify_user does not love smart tag then shopify_user tag = "Idiot"

Terrible customer service...
Concept of the app is good BUT App has so many glitches... make the effort to contact support 4x times without an answer!

I literally never leave reviews but the customer support for this app is horrific. I reached my limit on the current plan and I've been trying tp upgrade my plan for months and months now with absolutely no response from the team

No reply from support in 8 days. The app does what it is supposed to, but help is nonexistent. I will update if I hear back from them.

We were on basic plan and it worked nice. Our order numbers jumped more than 1000+ for one of our store and it stopped working immediately. No intimation that the plan needs upgrading. We upgraded the plan but it would go and tag all the historical orders (though they were already tagged) which means we hit the 5000+ orders number in a month immediately. Now it stops working again. Its frustrating experience to tag each and every incoming order manually even when you paid for a service to do exactly that.

I’m so happy with this app! The ability to tag based on order line items has completely streamlined how I do the packaging for my store. Highly recommend! I’ve been testing other tagging apps for months and this app does it all!
