----------UPDATE------------
I had a problem before, but wehavefaces support team help me to fix this problem within two days and also they're writting custom liquid scripts for some of my smart tags applications, there's still work to do, but they're really working hard on customer support and in the app itself, a MUST HAVE for big stores.

Definitely the best app for hard auto-tagging situations.

Outstanding experience. We have never seen a dedication like that on any Shopify's apps. The soft is great and their support team even more. We had a small issue and the support team has been there to fix the problem from A to Z. We are very impressed. They know what does 'Customer Service' means. A must have for all store who wants stable and efficient tags structure.

I have just subscribed to the app and it has stopped working. I have sent to the support, they responded saying they fixed the error, however it is not working for 2 days now!! I will consider cancelling the subscription.

I have used this app to help me tag specific orders. For the price, it can't be beat! I found a few other apps that were charging almost $20 / month for what I needed but I can get exactly what I need here for $1.99 / month. Very dynamic tagging which help makes my life a lot easier. I also had an issue with the logic recently and sent an email to their support. They responded back within 30 minutes and helped me resolve my issues. Absolutely GREAT app and support!

After posting our review, the developer handled our request perfectly. The only suggestion I would offer is making the instructions clearer, step by step, along with caveats.

App works perfectly using our custom coding to add a tag to customers with a YTD filter.

Had an issue with the App. App-developer claims it is the fault from Shopify and offers me to ask Shopify regarding this issue. I was pleased. But after several days and no feedback from the developer, I asked Shopify by myself. Only to find out there was no ticket with my issue. As a result I assume the developer didn't care about my problem.

However, Shopify got back to me and confirmed the issue is caused by the app. I asked the developer again and asked for a fix, but I didn't get any reply by today. Sorry, but this wasn't a nice experience. It costs me time to solve the problem and I trusted the "wehavefaces".

Never heard back from the support, so I wasn't able to use the app. I had to delete it again. Not a good service...

Never replied to either of my messages. If you can't provide support maybe don't offer a service. I just had some basic questions but I will look elsewhere now.

This is becoming one of my most useful Apps. I am able to automate tagging orders and clients to then use these tags to set up personalized marketing campaigns. Really useful! and the support team has been great helping me tweak the rules and pinpointing details in order to accomplish advanced rules.
