Never replied to either of my messages. If you can't provide support maybe don't offer a service. I just had some basic questions but I will look elsewhere now.

I emailed and live chatted more than a handful of times for support and didn't get a single response. Couldn't get app to work. :(

Its a great app, however I have tried to contact customer support for a couple of questions regarding the app and no reply after 2 messages. Reading other reviews it seems that there support is non existent which is a shame because the app is pretty good.
If you are looking for a tag app, I would choose an alternative where the support team can help with questions.

Very limited features, no trial. Almost anything can be done with a flow instead. Wouldn't recommend it.
