I sent a message for support a month ago. Nothing. I wish the support was more responsive because i dont see the app working properly.

Free plan only gives you 50 Tags... Ever... Its not a monthly limit. We spent our total tags within the first day and never really got to try this out to its full potential.

EDIT: Support has disappeared. Which is SUPER annoying as we're so tied in with this app running our store. They were awesome, I don't know what happened. Really disappointing.

The best customer service I have had from an app provider. They take the time to actually read and understand your requirements fully, and come up with intelligent, detailed solutions to get the job done first time instead of "minimum viable responses" that you get from many other support teams. They've created advanced scripting for me to achieve what I need. So helpful.

This app has allowed us to take automation to the next level. A real life saver that saves so much time, human error and brings huge flexibility to our store.

10/10 would recommend this app to anyone that uses tags on Shopify. The UI is straightforward + if you have any questions the support is top notch! Can't tell you how many hours this app has saved our E-commerce team.

Wonderful customer service - prompt replies and detailed answers.

We utlized the Product Price Range feature and it worked seamlessly.

We have over 6,000 items in our store and this app works great! 100% approve.

There is no customer service (there used to be).
I found out that products that get created via csv file fail to get tagged. So, if you want the products to get tagged automatically based on any condition, you should create the products manually (either from scratch or duplicating from a product that has not been created via csv file).

This app does what it says it is going to do and we have seen it to work flawlessly thus far. We use it to tag products automatically and it has been going strong with its real-time tagging for a month with no hiccups. Hopefully it will continue but so far it has proven to be a great app for a small business.

A great all inclusive app! This app combines many features that most other apps like them either offer a portion of or not at all. Additionally, when you have questions they respond promptly (within 24 hours) and with a full step-by-step tutorial they wrote out specific to your case. A++++ service and highly recommended!

!! This app removes tags without instruction or warning !!

Contrary to the explicit statement to the contrary on their product info pages, the app removes tags. This has been confirmed by Shopify Support.

This has cost our store dearly in sales over the last week.

If you have a store of any size, think very carefully about using this app. If you have a larger store then my advice is to absolutely avoid it.
