I don't think this company actually exists anymore. Used to be able to get a response from them when things go wrong (which happens a lot), but they literally just don't respond now. Guessing someone set this up at some point and is not off doing other things. Buyer beware!
I emailed and live chatted more than a handful of times for support and didn't get a single response. Couldn't get app to work. :(
i have been using this app for well over a year and the staff were always helpful. I recently launched a new site and needed help setting it up but this was 6-8 weeks ago, i have been emailing weekly and have had no response. I can only assume they have stuff going on in their personal life to which i hope them all the best and hope they can resume on working on the app. i will update this review to a 5* once the issue is resolved but until then i cant use the app on my current store

really i need more help to do my products on my store top tags and you only the one can do this will you? please am waiting your answer to start asap because i think am need to correct mt products tags my experience is not that and .
The preset rules work well, but support is missing / unresponsive. Three weeks have passed since the appeal and no one has answered.
