We tested Smart Wishlist during the free trial, and while it initially seemed to work, the experience quickly turned disappointing.

- Functionality Problems: After a few days, a major bug appeared — items added to the wishlist did not actually show up, leaving the wishlist empty. This completely undermines the purpose of the app.
- Customer Support: The most discouraging part was the lack of support. I emailed multiple times over the span of a week and received no response. With only a few days left in the free trial, I had no resolution or even acknowledgment of my messages.
While the app might have potential, the unresponsive support and basic functionality failures make it hard to justify using Smart Wishlist as a reliable long-term solution.

Can a developer remove this wishlist code from my website? I uninstalled but i can still see the wishlist but its just broken

Update: I had to hire a developer to remove the stubborn code off my website costing me money.

Update: It appears there's a misunderstanding. Our app was installed in February 2024, but since January 2024, we've updated our app to no longer require permission to edit themes. This means our app couldn't have added the code in question.

It's possible the code was added by a developer with collaborator access or another app. Could you please provide more information about the code so we can help investigate further? We're committed to resolving this issue and ensuring your store functions smoothly.

There are no wishlist elements visible on your store. Kindly refer to the screenshot at URL below. You might have seen some elements due to browser cache which automatically gets away after few page refresh.

Also, our app doesn't automatically inject anything to the theme codes. Only in select cases we do manually customize the store after receiving collaborator account access, which was not the case of your store.

Great and easy app to use. Struggled to set it up on my own since I have a special theme and the support team fixed it immediately after I reached out. I think its a great app and super affordable. it has all the featured that other apps charge u over $30 monthly for and this app is just $5.
