This unprofessional company had a conversation with my chatbot during which they insulted our brand and our current chatbot provider. Next time, I willI report you to Shopify and request that they permanently remove your business from the Shopify App Store.

I'm excited to try out SmartBot! I've been looking for a chatbot that can help me automate my customer support and improve my customer experience. I'm particularly interested in the personalized product recommendations feature, which I think could be a great way to increase my sales. I'll be sure to update my review once I've had a chance to use SmartBot for a while.
