This SmartBot demonstrates impressive intelligence, as it was able to access and share internal information from our Shopify account. While this showcases its capabilities, it also raises significant privacy concerns. I am now questioning what other information this company may have accessed. This is quite alarming and deserves attention.

Honestly pretty bad.

It’s great that it links to your shopify store but the training options are way too limited which makes it impossible to use this AI bot for anything above tracking orders, making very basic (and often wrong) suggestions and redirecting customers to store policies.

Also note that these developers offer 30% off the plan if you leave a good review which makes this review page ...
