Application révolutionnaire, le service client est juste : FANTASTIQUE. Très à l'écoute, étude chaque cas et vous aide dans votre paramétrage, en plus de ca que vous ayez pris un abonnement ou non, vous êtes toujours très à l'écoute. JE RECOMMANDE FORTEMENT.

I'm excited to try out SmartBot! I've been looking for a chatbot that can help me automate my customer support and improve my customer experience. I'm particularly interested in the personalized product recommendations feature, which I think could be a great way to increase my sales. I'll be sure to update my review once I've had a chance to use SmartBot for a while.

Fairly adjustable, sometimes the SmartBot might be a little stupid; but AI learns fast and on-the-go. Overall pretty satisfied.
