Dear SupRelax,
As mentioned in my previous email, we have agreed to process your refund request. However, please note that your payment was made through the Shopify platform. Shopify has a fixed settlement period, and we have not yet received your subscription funds. Once we receive the settlement from Shopify, we will issue your refund.
Regarding your comment about not receiving a refund, we find it difficult to accept as it does not accurately reflect our communication and intentions.
The SmartBot on our website has been incredibly helpful for our customers. Cool AI bot.
So far it has been great. i like that i can customise the AI
