After a few days of trying to get some answers from support I have changed my rating. Yes this app looks very nice but you don't have enough control over the AI bot and it can give out wrong info and yes you can add answers to a knowledge base but there is no way to stop it from making suggesting that you don't want. And trying to get support you would think they have it, but they don't I have emails that have never been responded to. And some many questions never answered. So I will have to delete this app just do to the lack of support and questions on how to's.

very basic and limited ai chat. I really hope they can improve by tailoring the ai chat to customer theme - most disappointment is the constant pop-up message. I dont know if there is a way to stop this.

Overall, the chatbot is helpful, but it struggles to differentiate between current and outdated information, even when updates are made regularly. For instance, the chatbot sometimes provides customers with expired promotional details, which creates confusion when we have to explain that the offer is no longer valid. We've programmed the bot to direct customers to the announcement bar on our webpage for current promotions, but it still occasionally shares internal, outdated information that isn't relevant to them.
Another issue is that the bot cannot provide order details unless the customer has both the order number and email address. Ideally, if a customer provides just the email address, the bot should be able to list their orders and have them select the relevant one. Alternatively, if the customer only has the order number, the chatbot should still be able to provide the necessary details, as our order numbers are unique.
In summary, while the bot is helpful with basic information, there's significant room for improvement in its accuracy and functionality.
