SmartBot: Leading AI Chatbot

Great chatbot! Only thing I would add is the ability to chat with the bot itself as an admin to update its knowledge base or quickly give it answers to questions customers ask, which it might not know.

Could use more free chats instead of that price but overall good so far

Good app but learning can be better according to website changes

Great help with customer service only issue was it can be annoying and too in the way

very easy to setup and deploy. provides a great foundation, especially for someone with limited chatbot experience.
