brilliant! This is the most accurate AI i have ever come accross. I am sure i will see an increase in sales using this app. thank you
I like the was the app converses with clients but I do think that it could use some more tweaks there have been customers that are looking for a product and it didn’t recognize that we carry the product as well as other variations.

Easy to use and works how it is intended.
Great app but would love to be able to jump into the conversation with customers, and be able to train the bot based off real previous conversations.

Great Chat Service to be able to stay in touch with customers. Easy to use with great customer service. I highly recommend SmartBot !
So far so good. The only thing is that it shows it's a bot and is a little pushy. Other than that it's really good.
