very good and handy app. it gives alot of value especially for beginners that do not want to do alot of customer service

Great Chat Service to be able to stay in touch with customers. Easy to use with great customer service. I highly recommend SmartBot !

So far so good. The only thing is that it shows it's a bot and is a little pushy. Other than that it's really good.

The feedback are very warming it does feel's like the customer is talking to a real person who truely understand their problems.

I have just installed and tested this with several queries. The results are pretty amazing and what I was looking for in a AI chatbot. I hope that in the coming months I will see increase in sales using this.
