smart and easy to use
I love the Smart Bot, but I had to remove a star because of the monthly cost. Otherwise, it is an essential app to have when the need to answer customer questions about products arises.

Hasta el momento me ha parecido una aplicación buena y ayuda mucho en la atención al cliente, sin embargo me gustaría que tuviera forma de regular el tiempo de respuesta del bot, actualmente responde inmediato y eso no parece algo humano.
