Quanto às personalizações, ainda não explorei todas as opções disponíveis, então não sei dizer se o sistema oferece recursos avançados de customização. No entanto, o que tenho visto até agora já superou minhas expectativas.

This bot is probably the most intuitive, helpful virtual assistant we have ever used (and we've tried many!). Not only does it intuitively learn from your site, it uses conditional logic to answer more generic but specialised questions the way a specialist would which is exactly what we are needing for our specialised products. Very very impressed and are now busy onboarding this bot onto our second website. We are especially eager to see how it integrates into our social media. We run nationwide social media ads and literally have hundreds of post comments and messages daily, so if this app does what it's done on our website for our social media - it will hands down be the game-changer we need to get ahead of our competitors. It has literally saved us so much time responding to questions; both professionally and instantly. Highly, highly impressed!
