Such a great idea to prompt customers to solve their issue without the need to contact us. This has made a noticeable drop in our customer service. The is easy to use and looks great on your store as it picks up your theme. I had some minor issues with setup but the support team were quick to sort them out.

This app is just ingenious! So simple and effective, customer service can rate the urgency of each case with the title of the subject in the email you can also select certain cases where the customer must add an image for example a defective product. This app for sure developed by an entrepreneur who comes from the field and great developers team.

I can't believe there aren't other apps that do this. It's a simple contact form that's easy to configure and had exactly what I needed. Allowing the customer to select the email subject is a great feature, allowing us to sort email inquiries by type and importance. Not without some issues, though. For example the entire app seems to be hosted on a random/parked GoDaddy domain that expired sometime last week, leaving everyone using this app with a blank Contact page and no way for customers to contact us. And since the app "takes over" your existing contact page and associated URL, when the app goes down and you can't access the app admin, you have to create an entirely new contact page URL. TLDR it causes a major ordeal. I almost feel bad deducting stars from a free app (I would gladly pay for this app, provided it was more reliable), but for an app that holds this much importance -- literally the only way for customers to contact us via our website -- I should be able to rely on it to do its only function at a minimum, and yet...
It is unbelievable that this is the only kind of app that exists. A simple but effective contact form that helps to let the customer know what they need to write in case of returning the product for example. Unfortunately the app is not reliable in sending the emails. I tested this and message containing no bigger than 100 kb of image was not delivered to customer service email. Email with smaller image was delivered successfully. Reliability is the most important factor in an app like this because customer messages have to come to customer support email. Thank you email for customer was sent even if customer support didn't receive email. Another improvement would be to allow translation of all strings. Error messages were not translateable as well as email template fields (name, message etc.) could not be translated. Please correct these errors and I would be happy to pay for monthly subscription.
Awesome app.. works perfectly. Very professional looking. Worth getting. Try it and see. Oh and by the way free never last so enjoy it while it is!
