Great app. Love the automation set up and how it will pick products for you. Saves tons of time. Customer service is awesome and they are on top of any issues you have.

Love it! It's one of the few apps that allows me to import my HTML code to create my newsletters. Many others only do drag and drop and don't have that added feature. However, even the drag and drop feature is great as well! My only feedbakc would be to adjust mobile sizing because sometimes certain icons turn out wonky in mobile view vs desktop.

Just got started and already impressed! Easy to get started, and much more intuitive than anything I have tried previously.

Easy to set up and less confusing for me than MailChimp. Like the fact I can see exactly which orders were generated. Definitely great app and would highly recommend.

I looked through many apps and as a small business, this app fitted my needs. I created a discount pop up, which works perfectly and an email to my customers. This was my first attempt and the interface was very intuitive. All working well.

We LOVE SmartrMail for so many reasons! First, it is so easy to use and intuitive. Having used the majority of the leading mail programs out there, I can say this is not always the case. Secondly, the customer service just blows me away - they are so responsive and SO helpful. Part of me does not want to say that because I worry as they get bigger and grow they may get too busy to keep providing such awesome support....but i give credit where credit is due. This is also in sharp contrast to many other mail providers out there. Third, it's easy for designers and developers to work with, even if they've never worked with SmartrMail before. I just downloaded this app and it is very quick and easy to use. You can see how many emails have been sent, opened, and clicked on! Results are shown within a few seconds. Hopefully this will help boost sales for my store. I really wish there were more options to customize the email. The mix of top sellers and customer sales history is great but I rather choose a certain category in my store such as new arrivals to share. I definitely recommend trying this app. The Concierge Support is also very friendly and responsive!

Very good app, so easy to set up and edit Email. The only thing I need to do is finish editing an email, the app will do all the rest.

Love this app its so easy to do and saves time no need to spend ages setting anything up, just select what products you want to add to your news letter and send to all your customers. EASY...!

Great app and very easy to use once you understand how WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) works. We learn new tricks every day and it certainly is driving additional revenue we otherwise would not have gained. Highly recommend!
