This app is easy to use, and the templates are really flexible. It would be nice if it could be linked to the loyalty app I have.
Very much enjoying this app so far. We've been using it for about a month. This is our firs time delving this far into email marketing. SmartrMail has been very helpful in this process.
I use this app to send welcome emails to my new Seventy Seven unboxed LLC apparel subscribers as well as thank you for your purchase emails to my customers. The templates and customization are pretty easy and straight forward. I'm still learning the ropes so I turn to the chat box when I'm stuck. The chat feature has been a great help to guide you with getting back on track.
Great app for creating email flows and great support. Only negative is the paid options are too expensive. Should have a cheaper plan with less benefits.

Customer Service is Great. Few bugs when setting up templates, and blocking products from product feed could be made easier. Haven't sent any emails yet but looks promising.

Update: Customer service resolved my issue!
The app is easy to use and the emails look nice however, it doesn’t matter if no one is getting their emails! My last email was supposed to have sent to 141 people but only 2 people received it. I even sent 2 test emails to 2 separate accounts at different times of the day and nothing!

Thanks for the feedback. It looks like your were sending your campaigns from a gmail.com email address. This can significantly reduce your email deliverability, as some providers block bulk email from free emails like this. If you set up a business email like "info@shopsimplybb.com" that should help improve things, it'll also build a lot more trust with your customers.
Once you have that in place, I'm sure you'll get a lot better results with your next email :)
The app was easy to execute right away. The ease in navigating through the app to create and automate campaigns helps to get you up and running quickly and with piece of mind that you can increase subscriber engagement.
Not an bad email app at all. Somewhat easy to use on the first try, definitely got better with time! The mobile app vs the desktop needs some improvement because of emails not showing up the same in the edit as it does in the preview!!
Overall, customer service is awesome and I’m still using the app to send my emails!!
they are good, not sure how to get rid of my spam shopify subscribers though
This is by far the best pop up app I've found out there, and I've tried all of them. The best thing about it is that it sends the new email signup directly to Shopify so you have them in your Customer list without having to add it manually. I also really like that you can then send automated email series without having to think about it.
I gave it 4 stars because some of the functionality of the design of the pop up could be expanded like the thank you pop up has to be the same size as the original pop up and you can't format it independently. Also there is a disconnect between how the pop up looks in the editor, and how it looks on your site. You need to edit it while looking at your site to make sure it turns out ok otherwise it will look very weird.

I passed on your feedback to our development team who is now looking into making the size of the Pop-up's "Thank you" page editable. I'm expecting their change to be available over the next couple of days. When it comes to the disconnect between the editor and your site, it appears to be linked to external CSS and code affecting your original SmartrMail Pop-up. The same developer is looking into it. We'll get back to you as soon as we've located how to prevent this from happening.
