Was so nervous when our previous app was no longer supported by Shopify but i'm so glad it happened! Customer service is amazing, responses are informative & SmartrMail is so easy to use! Can't recommend enough.

I use this app to help me create newsletters to my customers telling them about my products, sales, coupons, and new arrivals. The customer service is top notch. Quick and live response help. They are very polite and courteous and are willing to go above and beyond to help you and meet your needs. They have a variety of template choices to choose from and the navigation to design a newsletter is easy. You will not be disappointed downloading and using this app for your business!

My first newsletter with smartrmail was very fast and easy. I have some automation set up that only took a few minutes. I canceled my MailChimp paid account :)

Forced to switch away from Mailchimp due to the Shopify integration and so glad we were forced to make this move! SmartrMail is superior to Mailchimp and the customer service is outstanding which has made the switch very smooth.

I like this app however, it definitely needs an upgrade. I like that it automatically sends emails to your customers but this app has virtually no customization which is a downside. I would love for this app to have more features so I can rate it with 5 stars and LOVE it!

Have been using the App for about a month. Capture pop-up works with no issues. Very easy to create an email and personalize it to each customer. The auto-mails are great as well. Haven't had to use tech support so that says a lot. www.govintage1957.com

I learn a lot about this app. I did Pop Up is very important, I send my first newsletter email I am happy about all this. Smart mail does everything for you. Amazing customer service. Thank you, Nicolas, for your help.

Customer Service is Great. Few bugs when setting up templates, and blocking products from product feed could be made easier. Haven't sent any emails yet but looks promising.

Update: Customer service resolved my issue!
The app is easy to use and the emails look nice however, it doesn’t matter if no one is getting their emails! My last email was supposed to have sent to 141 people but only 2 people received it. I even sent 2 test emails to 2 separate accounts at different times of the day and nothing!

Thanks for the feedback. It looks like your were sending your campaigns from a gmail.com email address. This can significantly reduce your email deliverability, as some providers block bulk email from free emails like this. If you set up a business email like "info@shopsimplybb.com" that should help improve things, it'll also build a lot more trust with your customers.

Once you have that in place, I'm sure you'll get a lot better results with your next email :)

I have been trying to contact the support through e-mail (concierge@sendicate.net) regarding billing concerns but have not received a reply. It's been about a month. I've sent an e-mail again just now, let's see.

To be fair, the app does what it's supposed to do, but I unsubscribed because it's not working for me (in terms of sales).

I'm very disappointed with the lack of support, though, and would not be recommending this app for this very reason.
