Had error with the manual mails sent out to 1000s of customers the shop now button link always returned a dead link.

Great app. Easy setup. BUT, I hope we will get the change to customize the emails a bit more in the future.

It's a great app for marketing purposes, it deliverability is off the chats... I've used mailchimp and constantcontact email marketing in the past this is definitely better

It works pretty well. The only thing I don't like is that the emails keep going into customers' spam folders currently. Hoping this eventually graduates into the not-spam territory.
But Moe was especially helpful in delivering the info I need to fully grasp the situation and how to resolve the aforementioned issue. I truly do appreciate the support even though we're not a paying customer right now. I cannot speak highly enough of the support that's normally afforded to paying customers only in other apps. When we finally get a steady profit going, I plan to go to the business owner to recommend the next tier to pay it forward. Really, thank you.

It looks like your SmartrMail account is currently sending from one of our shared sending domains. While this is a good option to start sending email campaigns, it is highly recommended to set up a custom sending domain in order to authenticate your emails in the eyes of inbox providers such as Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail. Failure to do so can sometimes lead to some emails reaching spam folders as it essentially prevents inbox providers from confirming that your emails do come from you, and not from someone else "acting as" Green Zebra Markets.

I believe that Moe recently reached out to your team in order to assist you in setting up such a custom sending domain. I have no doubt that the issue you reported will be fixed after this change has been applied.

Absolutely fantastic customer service with this app, even with the free plan. Lots of sophisticated features suited to Ecommerce.

We just switched from Mailchimp to SmartrMail as it is cheaper and more rich on features. Nothing negative to say at this point.

This is fantastic, takes the effort to create and send emails. Got a sale on the second email campaign. If only they could let us schedule the email date & time, it would be even better.

It took a few weeks to get to grips with SmartrMail and the help I received was great. I would recommend it.

So far very happy with smartrmail and their customer service. Really responsive & friendly! They always have an answer to my questions, so I really feel supported on a daily basis especially with us recently re-platforming to shopify and all the tasks that were required. thank you!
