the team behind Smartrmail is fantastic! I've had issues setting up the service, so my questions were quickly followed up and resolved by the friendly support people. Simply instantly through the chat! When I faced difficulties with delivery to mailboxes on Yahoo.com, the people in Smartrmail quickly investigated the reasons, and helped me out to make my business work better. They are seriously interested in HELPING YOU GROW, not just like many other services that only want your money. I am serious about this.

Great customer support, quick response. This is a brilliant app but I hope to see a customizable feature for the email template soon. Thank you.

I use this app to help automate my emails and my lists. It works wonders because there are some things I'd rather not keep up with and it takes care of all of it for me.

I love SmartrMail! I moved over from Mailchimp a few months ago and it's been so much better and easier to use. Obviously the integration with Shopify is a huge bonus but also the customer service is amazing. Everyone I have spoken to has been quick to respond and very generous and patient with their time. Thank you so much SmartrMail!

I've now had a little bit of time to work with this app and am in love... While there are a few things that need to be improved (which I understand they are working on) the customer service is fantastic. I had a small issue and the guys tested it for me to make sure everything was working perfectly.

Can't wait to see the additional features such as being able to fully customize the abandoned cart and product recommendations, which is in the works!

This app is awesome and real free till you have 1000 subscribers. The support is outstanding and even the e-mail support is almost like a live chat. Congratulations!!

I used this app to simplify and save time with email marketing. This app is so easy to use and is very quick to custom design emails. Since using this app, my open emails have increased. I would only ask if the pop up could have more features.
Received quick reply and very helpful guidance with pop up newsletter. I also had 1:1 chat with support - so helpful and learnt to improve email marketing. Highly recommended.
