We changed to SmartrMail some time ago (we were using another Email Marketing Integration that frustrated us no end - !) SmartrMail is one of the 1st integrations to offer Automated Product recommendations email, and their Automated Emails are really easy to create and have many features. SmartrMail is a great app offering all the welcome/abandoned cart / thank you emails automation that any online business needs - and MORE!- We hope that they will integrate with other apps for reviews and cart check out features soon - I do look forward to some more design features that would make our emails look even more polished - We highly recommend Smartrmail their Customer Support is EXCELLENT and the Pricing and Marketing Features are on point !!!

By far my favorite newsletter and automated email app that I have tried. The templates are smooth and easy to use, and the different options for automated emails that I would have never even considered are endless. Plus, I use the free version and get all the functions that I need and more.

They really go out of there way to teach you how it all works and make it better for you.

They explain anything and everything so you end up lot smarter about sending emails. This is very important!

Happy with service. We will keep using them in the future for sure.

These guys are very trustworthy! They don't lie to you, they are honest and helpful! We have had an issue with a lot of apps making false promises and not being transparent and honest however these guys are! There good people and in business, this really matters.

This app is definitely a go to for us when sending out marketing emails and sms messages to our customers on virtually anything to do with our business. It's very functional and easy to easy which also makes it enjoyable. We are especially fans of the Smart Segments functionality.

Easy, fast and efficient with a clean design. That is all we can ask for. I am sure that they will come with more customization options that will make it just perfect.

Can we add our social links to the email or edit the content to promote an offer?

I use this app to help me create newsletters to my customers telling them about my products, sales, coupons, and new arrivals. The customer service is top notch. Quick and live response help. They are very polite and courteous and are willing to go above and beyond to help you and meet your needs. They have a variety of template choices to choose from and the navigation to design a newsletter is easy. You will not be disappointed downloading and using this app for your business!
