An update to my previous rating of 1 star. Ms Yasmine reached out to me and was kind enough to solve problems. Excellent customer service, though still there is room for automation. Recommend to try this software.

This is a very easy-to-use and straight forward app. Perfect for quick automatic or manual email marketing. The chat option makes it easy to ask for help from the support team.

Brilliant app, the most easiest i have used by far, set up an email within 10 minutes, simple and effective.
I probably didn't get the best from the trial with it being January when things are tight, but will use further into the year.

So far so good, the app was super easy to set up and the customer support was readily available. They even provided a free onboarding session to walk me through it and answer any questions that I had. My emails are going out as scheduled and look clean and professional. The only complaint is that I wish the opt-in email image area was adjustable, looks a bit small. otherwise no complaints so far.

Great except for these issues:
1. When I duplicate a newsletter, the size of images and border colors of buttons are different from the original newsletter. I've reached out several times and have been told to create from template. What is the purpose of the duplicate newsletter feature then?
2. When I duplicate a newsletter, it doesn't appear in the "Drafts" tab.

We needed a new marketing email service and SmartrMail is by far the best we have used. They respond within minutes if you email them with any questions regarding their app. I would highly recommend using SmartrMail!!!
