SmartrMail Email Marketing SMS

I made the change from Mailchimp for various reasons but mainly because of the fact Mailchimp will not be easily integrated to Shopify anymore. I made the move yesterday and one day later I am fully operational thanks to the very efficient migration team at Smartrmail.

I'm not the type to leave reviews, however the only two apps I've ever left reviews for so far are SmartrMail and LeftBrain.

I let spin-to-win collect emails, LeftBrain categorizes them, and SmartrMail basically does the rest.

I can go on for hours about how good email marketing is, but I have 2 pieces of advice for you. 1, spend the time figuring out which apps work best together, and 2, optimize those apps fully, work on your CTR and offers, you can see below, it takes time and effort to improve your stats, my CTR and numbers aren't great and that's admittedly my fault, but the app really does well to deliver automated emails and offers

I've recently started using SmartrMail. So far I've found the app very user friendly. Although I haven't completed set up on it yet - it's a nice feature to turn on automatic abandoned cart follow up emails.

We've been using Smartrmail for almost a year and we must say, their service is timely, friendly and efficient. We are impressed with the quality of their customer support every time we reach out for assistance. The interface has only gotten better recently with the revamping of their website which offers way more functions. Thank you Smartrmail team for all you do and we do hope you stay around for years to come, you are an example of the kind of small business we like to work with!

I tried this App after using Monkey themed email package and another Shopify linked Email application, the open rates on the second of the two was very poor.

Smartrmail has similar open rates to the Monkey themed email supplier suggesting their servers are more trusted by the big email companies. For the price this is very good value email service we have a mid-sized list and this product saves us over $150 a month compared with the Monkey themed email package.

The auto email options are good but not as robust as the more expensive service. I'd also like the option to add other fields to customer data, as the segmentation is good.

The support is very quick and helpful. I look forward to seeing Smartrmail develop. Overall a good reasonably priced email package.

Love this Mailchimp alternative, I didn't think I would be able to find a provider that did what I was looking for... SmartrMail has done wonders and I just started as a "test"! Thank you and all team member's for answering questions and keeping our nerves calm! This app is one you won't forget trying out!!

Easy to use, great chat support. It's a must have Shopify app :)
