Really simple and easy to use templates, but the only issues I had were in the beginning when I didn't really know how to switch fonts in the texts and edit some parts of my mail. After Ive gotten used to it, its really good and easy to use! Also, really helpful staff!!
Great app, does what it says. everyone should use the free 5000 emails every month, its worth all the free emails , it converts easily
The thing that I love the most about this app is that it allows me to create professional emails with ease. I also don't have to worry about my emails not going directly to my list, it shows me exactly what to do to make sure it goes where it needs to. There is no extra steps my list has to take to be able to receive my emails. That's priceless.
I have been trying to contact the support through e-mail (concierge@sendicate.net) regarding billing concerns but have not received a reply. It's been about a month. I've sent an e-mail again just now, let's see.
To be fair, the app does what it's supposed to do, but I unsubscribed because it's not working for me (in terms of sales).
I'm very disappointed with the lack of support, though, and would not be recommending this app for this very reason.
Hi The Style Quater team, this was app was acquired in 2016, and we've made massive changes including adding a dedicated support team. Our response times are on average under 30 minutes.

Really liking the support that you get from the team. Dashboard is nicely organized. Easy to set up my own e-mails.
I like this app however, it definitely needs an upgrade. I like that it automatically sends emails to your customers but this app has virtually no customization which is a downside. I would love for this app to have more features so I can rate it with 5 stars and LOVE it!

About a week into SmartrMail use now and so far, so good! Very easy interface and after coming from a Wordpress site with an external email service, I am loving the integration and overall simplicity. To top it off....GREAT SUPPORT!
I used this app to help with my email curation and wanted something I can do mobile because I use my phone a lot. Omg I love this app and the developers they actually gave me a 10,000 email limit doubling it from 5,000 and I’m still on the FREE plan!!! They are so generous and very helpful and timely..easy interface and can start creating emails quickly! Download and try for yourself!

I use this app for my newsletters, pop-ups and product recommendations. Using the free version at the moment as still building business but will use paid version in future.
I have just sent out my first 2 Newsletters! The results have been amazing and they were so easy to do, because of the simple templates and the great on-line support!
