Their customer service is probably the best I have ever received. I would highly recommend this app. Its working perfectly for us and we are already seeing a return based off our 1st newsletter.

Good app, easy to send emails and low spam block rate. Have had a lot of success with good click and open rates.

Great emailing app with all the features you will need to run any email campaigns you need. If you cannot figure it out the team is quick to reply with a solution to your problem plus you can get free version that's more than enough.

Probably one of y favorite apps. The look and feel of the emails sent are top notch. The App is easy to work and tweak to your preferences. It creates follow up emails and automatic weekly emails to bring customers and signup back. I love that it's got a popup to grab customer emails. It just works and works easy.

Smartrmail has absolutely changed the way I do business and has MOST certainly made me money. I started using Smartrmail because it seemed to be the most user friendly for a noob like myself. There happened to be an update at some point when I was not active and it seems as if the functionality exploded!
If I were to give Smartrmail one critique, it would be that they add tips and hints like some other CRM platforms do. This is not to detract from a 5 star performance from Smartrmail!
