Great email vendor. Their staff is super helpful and have guided me through a lot. I am not the best with email marketing and because of Nicolas (my account rep) I was able to figure it out. I 100% recommend them.

This is probably the most important app I use, and I love everything about it. Easy layouts, easy to navigate dashboard, excellent customer service.
2024 UPDATE: I am confident this is the best email marketing service out there. I've tried others, and this one is THE BEST. Excellent technical help and very patient with a non tech savvy person such as myself. I've give them 10 stars if I could.

I love this app! I'm not computer savvy at all, but through this app, I've been able to create beautiful, professional level newsletters for my customers. I also love how it tracks who is opening, who is clicking, and who is purchasing. This app is definitely an 11/10 and I'd recommend it to anyone looking to step up their marketing game! Thanks for making this aspect of being a small business owner so easy. You guys rock!
I have been a mailchimp customer for years but as subscribers grew, so did the fees where it was costing iver $125 per month. I am not a regular sender of emails so this was too expensive. So far I have found Smartrmail to be great, their customer service excellent and it isn't too complicated (like Mailchimp). Also great to support an Australian business :-)

Smart mail is very user-friendly and I love how much I can get done from my phone.
I appreciate how quickly the app refreshes and how easy it is to understand. I am not technically savvy and this app makes things so much easier for me.
I will have it for a while.

im a first time shopify store owner.. this app was super intuitive for me to learn on my own (and i know i'm just scratching the surface).. and customer service is REALLY quick at responding (shoutout to nicolas)
