Tried a few different apps before this one. You won't regret it, saves you a lot of time, super easy to work with anybody can do it. You can also use it through the Shopify Mobile App which is great. Super effective for any business, especially if you are an independent small to medium scale business, will work for you in the background while your busy doing other things. Compared to others its fairly priced too

The App is great, easy to use, Smartrmail have a great support system. I love using this app because it allows us to promote our product, and help recover abandon cart recovery.

We recently changed from MailChimp to SmartrMail and have not regretted so for one second. All features work well, and the support is simply outstanding, the best we ever experienced. Highly recommend.

I LOVE Smartrmail. I have been using this app for my email, abandon cart and auto emails for over 2 years now and have an ROI of over $70 for every $1 spent! They are super responsive when I have questions and the pricing is fair. They are always coming up with new additions to the software's capability. The BEST part is the auto emails that send new product to customers. I have not found ANY other app that does this and find my ROI to be highest in this area. I used to use Mail Chimp but this is a way better solution since it allows for automated emailing that is no fuss no muss!

I am using the free version and it's perfect for me. I run a smaller store that only have a smaller number of customers, and it's automatically sending emails that constantly create sales. Highly recommended.

The customer support is second to none. I'm a bit of a techno-phobe and the instant help, advice and links to educate are great. Setting up an email address linked to my store was super easy and Nicolas Vibert was super patient with my many questions. 5* service and highly recommend

I've found SmartrMail to be much easier to use than Mailchimp and other email marketing providers! Customer service is also excellent!

I started with these guys from the beginning and they've grown so much! I love the features they keep adding, love that they ask us what should be added next and listen to what we say, love how responsive customer service is, love the auto emails the ability to send manual emails, and I could keep going but I think you've got the point. :) Great job guys (BTW, Josh just told me new features are coming soon, can't wait!)
