We just switched from Mailchimp to SmartrMail as it is cheaper and more rich on features. Nothing negative to say at this point.

I found the template design, not to my liking.
Overall it may have some good features, though I personally didn't find it a fast and simple solution for bulk emailing customers in comparison to other platforms I have tried.

So it looks like you created your newsletter under the "Templates" section. In the Templates section, you can create and save pre-made templates that you're planning on re-using in the future in your Newsletters.
If you want to send out a newsletter, you'll need to go to the "Newsletters" dashboard. If you simply want to send the Template that you created, simply click on "New newsletter", and then pick the Template that you created (it will be the very first thing the app will offer to do after clicking on "New Newsletter").
In the future, if your goal is simply to send out one newsletter, note that you can create it directly in the Newsletters dashboard (you do not have to create it beforehand in the Templates dashboard if you do not plan on re-using it in the future).
I hope that this clarifies how you can send your newsletters. I also tried to give you a call today but I do not believe that you were available. If you need any help from our team, please feel free to use the in-app chat on the bottom right corner of the app, or book a call with us using the link here: https://calendly.com/smartrmail/support

I was experiencing some challenges with finding my subscriber list as I'd updated my email/profile settings. I luckily had Sourabh helping me out and I'm really glad I did - he was very responsive, even went as so far as to ring me to make sure I was set up correctly and now everything is good to go. best of all, I thought I'd lost my newsletter template draft but it was right there. Worst app ever, with the most dumb things everywhere. its too much of a headache. i accidentally pressed a button and I cant even return, my whole design was gone. The website is also laggy

All of our composers, including email composers, SMS composers, pop-up composers, and automation composers are equipped with an auto-save feature which is meant to prevent this type of issue from happening.
Do you remember what type of design you were working on? (Email, SMS, Pop-up).
Also, do you happen to use any plugins in your browser?
I see a Brand kit (main email design component editor, applying to all future emails) that has been accessed and edited in your account. Could it be this one? Only you will be able to access the following URL, if you'd like to check it out: https://go.smartrmail.com/en/app/styles/edit/199081
We'd love to better understand why this feature didn't work on your end. This app works well with my shopify store and makes it easy to schedule lots of automations for email connections with my customers. It seamlessly interacts with Shopify. The only reason for 4 stars is that I find the user interface makes it a little confusing to edit copy on existing email flow, BUT it is easy to set up the first time.

Really nice and easy to use app. It allows me to create different pop up both for mobile and desktop version, newsletter and automated flow for different customer segments.
The customer service is very quick to respond and help you out with any requests.
It would be awesome if there could be some extra customization options for the layout and outlook of the products descriptions.

Bardzo fajna aplikacja dla małego biznesu. Bez problemu stworzyłam automację, która pozwala na wysłanie kodu rabatowego po dołączeniu do newslettera. Super są także gotowe szablony, a dodatkowo można łatwo je edytować według uznania. Polecam. :)

J'ai utiliser l'application et elle est vraiment bien faite ! Les mails sont facile à écrire il y a beaucoup de modèles. Le SAV répond rapidement et j'ai déjà fais de l'argent avec dans la période d'essai.

Great app for creating email flows and great support. Only negative is the paid options are too expensive. Should have a cheaper plan with less benefits.

This has been a great app to get started on email marketing and their free version works very well for a small business just getting started! I also love the analytics they give and how it syncs so well with shopify!
