Customer service was very poor after I installed the app. It took 12 or more hours to get an email response. The chat feature did not work. I am in the USA in Texas, and it appears that the customer service team is countries away judging by their response time. They seem to be off work during my working hours. I uninstalled the app because I need quicker response time.
Thanks for the feedback, we're a growing team and we're always trying to improve based on feedback. We hired a new Customer Support team member last month who will be available during business hours across the entire US so you get a response in under an hour 24/5.
I found the template design, not to my liking.
Overall it may have some good features, though I personally didn't find it a fast and simple solution for bulk emailing customers in comparison to other platforms I have tried.

So it looks like you created your newsletter under the "Templates" section. In the Templates section, you can create and save pre-made templates that you're planning on re-using in the future in your Newsletters.
If you want to send out a newsletter, you'll need to go to the "Newsletters" dashboard. If you simply want to send the Template that you created, simply click on "New newsletter", and then pick the Template that you created (it will be the very first thing the app will offer to do after clicking on "New Newsletter").
In the future, if your goal is simply to send out one newsletter, note that you can create it directly in the Newsletters dashboard (you do not have to create it beforehand in the Templates dashboard if you do not plan on re-using it in the future).
I hope that this clarifies how you can send your newsletters. I also tried to give you a call today but I do not believe that you were available. Worst app ever, with the most dumb things everywhere. its too much of a headache. i accidentally pressed a button and I cant even return, my whole design was gone. The website is also laggy
Good morning Bliss Drivers team 🏎 I'm sorry to hear that you weren't able to get back to your design. This is definitely not the experience that we are aiming for at SmartrMail.
All of our composers, including email composers, SMS composers, pop-up composers, and automation composers are equipped with an auto-save feature which is meant to prevent this type of issue from happening.
Do you remember what type of design you were working on? (Email, SMS, Pop-up).
Also, do you happen to use any plugins in your browser?

Cool app so far - I'm actually using the manual emails more than the automatic, but I've only had it a few weeks, so well see. Still waiting for the ability to choose 'only Sale' items in automatic emails, please add it!
EDIT: 'On sale' added to automatic emails, very handy.
As a one-man team, this has helped me immensely. I was able to import subscribers I collected from other third party solutions easily. Design is made easy with drag and drop, although a little laggy and dated. But I could do so much for free!

Cool app, I like the fact that all I had to do was install it and then it just runs on its own. The only suggestion I have is to make it so it doesn't promote items that have low inventory.
