This app works perfectly for what I wanted to do. The newsletters look professional and I love the easy to use templates. They are very customizable makes it easy to flow with the theme of my site. I highly recommend this app!

Listen, if you're anything below an expert at this whole email marketing thing - I suggest starting out with this app! It's simple yet robust enough to cover more than the basics! I've tried more email marketing companies then I care to admit - and this is the first one I've really taken action with! Part of that is their simple interface & quick tutorials on Youtube! Thanks SmartrMail, I hope you're able to continue on & expand your offerings!

I'd really like to thank you for the FREE access you've so generously given to store owners like myself. I'd also like to say, it's pretty much the best email app for shopify. I've extensively tried mailchimp, omnisend, seguno, privy, shopify email, cm commerce, mailerlite, jilt....the list goes on. Your's has the most features that I need, and makes the customer journey a bit easier than the next best option which is mailchimp(Mailchimp makes you upgrade to $30 a month to use the visual customer journey builder. I'd like to request/suggest an added feature. Allow users to insert product recommendations block into automated flow emails and/or allow product recommendation emails to be used in the automated flows tab. As a customer, I would even be willing to pay a one time add-on fee of $5 to $10 for a recommended products block to be used in emails, rather than having to insert products that might not apply to email recipients. Anyways, I appreciate your work. Keep rocking.

So far, so good. I've been using it for about a month, and I haven't experienced any issues. Its a good way to keep up with your customers. I downloaded the app to be able to send automatic emails to customers who subscribed to my mailing list; however, I was able to do so much more. For this reason, I highly recommend.

They charge you, but you cant use until you ASK them to run a "security check" on your account, which takes a day, then after paying, your account still not functional - many messages I need to go to a paid plan WHEN I AM ALREADY ON A PAID PLAN!!!!!!!! Then they said it was fixed, email supposed to go out at 12, bug again on the mailing system, email went out at 4pm.

I would recommend finding another email marketing app and not commiting the same mistake as me from choosing these guys.

Great app for creating email flows and great support. Only negative is the paid options are too expensive. Should have a cheaper plan with less benefits.

Absolutely great app and even better, it's free!!!! Only wish more customization was allowed.
