Excellent Customer Service, prompt response all the time, we would definitely recommend them. We have been using them from the last more than 3 years now. They have been adding functionality and trying to stay competitive all the time.

An update to my previous rating of 1 star. Ms Yasmine reached out to me and was kind enough to solve problems. Excellent customer service, though still there is room for automation. Recommend to try this software.
SmartrMail makes sending Emails so easy linking my products automatically. Customers are lead straight to the products.

I recently changed our email marketing platform to SmartrMail and I'm extremely
happy I did. Not only is the platform easier to use, but the customer service is unparalleled. During the transition I've been talking to Moe through Zoom meetings and email and he has helped to make the process seamless. Not only did he coordinate our customer list migration to SmartrMail, but he also worked directly with me to ensure all was set up correctly and that I was comfortable with using the platform. As a small business owner, this level of customer service is invaluable. I highly recommend SmartrMail
