We changed to SmartrMail some time ago (we were using another Email Marketing Integration that frustrated us no end - !) SmartrMail is one of the 1st integrations to offer Automated Product recommendations email, and their Automated Emails are really easy to create and have many features. SmartrMail is a great app offering all the welcome/abandoned cart / thank you emails automation that any online business needs - and MORE!- We hope that they will integrate with other apps for reviews and cart check out features soon - I do look forward to some more design features that would make our emails look even more polished - We highly recommend Smartrmail their Customer Support is EXCELLENT and the Pricing and Marketing Features are on point !!!

I do struggle with online marketing, I am getting old, but these guys make it much easier and are very helpful and patient with their instructing. Was using it with my previous website, so very looking forward to getting it all going through Shopify, love some of the new features they have added since I last used it. Great that they are updating things all the time. It has been a while since I have done any marketing for one reason or another, so very keen to get going again. Thanks guys.

As a small business owner, this has been the most useful Shopify app for me yet. It has allowed me to easily send newsletters out to my subscribers, and they have a lot of free templates that make my eblasts look professional. I've been using this app for about two years now and haven't had any issues at all.
