I worked with the Smartrr team from the very beginning while I was with a different start-up brand. I was excited to be able to work with the Smartrr team again after joining another start-up company. None of this is simple, but the Smartrr team was super helpful and attentive, and we've been seeing new roll-outs and developments happening with the Smartrr platform that we're excited about. As a small team, with limited resources, but with a significant portion of our business being subscriptions and just the overall importance of providing a great experience for our customers, we continue to look forward to working with the Smartrr team to implement and enhance what we already have. Thanks, Smartrr team!
Everything you need to build a successful subscription business. A helpful responsive team that continue to add valuable features at a high pace.
3 reasons you're wasting money with another platform: 1) separate account logins means angry customers and lots of customer service time eaten up - Smartrr is the only one with a single login, GENIUS. 2) Loyalty program for subscribers is the most seamless execution - we haven't had a single question or issue from a customer in 6 months of using this feature. Subscriber LTV continues to grow because of this. 3) Overall UX of the design is actually intuitive and easy for people to use. We almost never get questions on how to update an active subscription because people can figure it out simply on their own. Not the case with other app/platforms out there.
Any other platform you're using is not anywhere near as good as this...we've cycled through a couple of these and Smartrr is hands down the best!!!
Smartrr has been a great partner over the last 2+ years. Way better than ReCharge. Casey has been our point of contact and has always been super responsive and available. Highly recommend this app if you are looking for a feature rich Subscriptions app.
The core functionality works well, but very dissapointing experience with support. I've reached out over the last 3 months about broken Gorgias integration, which they advertise. All I get is the team is looking at it. Never any followup unless I email.
It hasn't been resolved, and I've been dropped by support.
If it works out of the box you're in luck. If you need any kind of support with something not working as advertised, you'll wish you went with another app.

We switched from Recharge to Smartrr and haven't looked back. The transition was extremely smooth and none of our members had any issues with their accounts. The Smartrr team helped us throughout the entire transition. Highly recommend!
