Fundamentally it is a great product.
Support was great at the start but now has fallen off a cliff. There are also bugs in the system which are critical from a UX perspective that they can't seem to solve.

I worked with the Smartrr team from the very beginning while I was with a different start-up brand. I was excited to be able to work with the Smartrr team again after joining another start-up company.
