Fast, friendly, helpful. I've worked with other size guide apps, and this one is more intuitive and easier to use. I had a special request and they were fast to respond to my ticket and super helpful. Definitely recommend this app !

The setup is intuitive and straightforward — that’s definitely a plus. The tool is easy to configure, and the interface feels user-friendly.

I had an issue with the visibility of this solution. On product pages, the size chart doesn’t always appear next to the product variants. In other words, its main functionality doesn’t work consistently, which defeats the purpose of using it.
The customer care team contacted me and fixed it immediately. I am impressed by how quickly they were able to help.

I initially had trouble getting the Smart Size app to work with my theme, but Helen from their team went above and beyond to help. She was incredibly diligent, even scheduling a virtual call late at night her time to troubleshoot the issue. Great app - reasonably priced. Automatic size conversion works well and the customization of text and images along with the chart helps explain sizing better. The new tabs feature is great - we can offer sizing by different fit (tall, trim, regular...) in one master product and customers can easily toggle between the different size charts to see differences in fit. Maybe one day they could come up with a compare button between two tabs to see how it might fit differently? The support team is great, too!

Smart Size Chart & Size Guide has been a real game changer for our business. The process to setup charts + guides was not only extremely easy but looked absolutely amazing. The ability to change between in/cm, add measuring notes + images and the ability to clone size guides made it a very fast and accurate way to display information.
