Smile: Loyalty & Rewards

Fiona was a star, very quick, very helpful - lets hope the app helps sales!

After trying to find something comparable to Smile, my search has ended.
Tried a few high rated reward apps and lost money, time and energy.. so for the time being we'll stick with Smile.
Been with Smile for what seems like forever (when the company was known as Sweet Tooth on the Magento platform).

Customer service is on the ball!
Plus there are so many facets to this app, more than any other & to be honest I'm glad I stuck with Smile! We're in the process of updating our website to implement the VIP tiers but have found that Smile has more than just VIP tiers.

Good start from Sweet Tooth. I've just installed this and it hasn't taken long to set up. Particularly impressed with being able to include previous customers so they don't feel penalised.

I just set up the Sweet Tooth app and I LOVE it so far. It was seamless in setting up and very intuitive. Normally I would have my web developer do this type of work, but it was not necessary. I am using the free version right now and it has a ton of features already. I will eventually ease into the paid version, which will unlock a number of additional features that I am already wishing that I could have. Great app!

Great app, easy to integrate, beyond over priced. They hold a bit of a monopoly on the market and they sure milk it.

This app is perfect for getting verified customer reviews of products and creating returning customers through its rewards features. We have the free version and it's everything we were hoping for! The app is very easily customized which is important for a non-techie shop owner like me!

I am able to manually adjust rewards points, add/delete customer accounts, and can set any rewards earning/redeeming schedule I want with ease. Very nice!
