Very nice mobile friendly UI design that is customer focused. I got more interactions with Smile.io in two weeks than I did with another large loyalty app in 1 year.

So far, Smile has been incredible for our company. It's very user- and brand-friendly. I only wish I could snag our customer's birthdays from Smile to integrate into Klaviyo for our email flows!

If you have a developer, you should be able to retrieve the birthday from our API, and then populate it into Klaviyo using their API. If you haven't already, feel free to reach out and we can discuss options 😊

Great value for the entry level system that we use here at Owens Organic Coffee. The system has enabled us to better serve our most loyal customers and to encourage new customers to return (we have a very high returning customer rate). Easy to set up, easy to use, integrates seamlessly with Shopify and Recharge (subscriptions) and the chat support has been top notch (very quick responses too).

I do wish there was a mid range for pricing as $59 is pretty steep when all I need is to customize some text :)
