We’ve been using the platform for a while now, and it has been incredibly helpful in engaging more with our customers and showing them the appreciation they deserve. The ability to connect with our customers more meaningfully has made a significant impact on our overall customer relationship.
Recently, we had a concern regarding bulk points editing, and I must say, Hannah was absolutely amazing in assisting us. She handled the issue with professionalism and efficiency, providing clear solutions and walking us through the process. Her support ensured that everything was resolved smoothly, and we truly felt valued as customers.

Great app even in the free version. CSR Shelby was very helpful when asked about multiple areas of the app. She provided step by step instruction and links to further guidance for each issue and was very friendly as well - a bonus!
