Smile: Loyalty & Rewards

Works like it says it does, and support staff who go above and beyond to make sure everything is humming along like it should be.

Great way to get clients to stay with the business as they collect points. Easy to use and integration was easy.

the basic plan is super great for small start ups, they offer a basic plan for rewards and referrals. I'll definitely consider upgrading when the time comes because its great platform with a great, easy to use layout. The widget is in the corner of the website and the Smile branding is super small and not in your face like other free plans :)

This App is great and very useful to the webmaster. The customer service is very responsive and helpful!

She helped me understand, fix and upgrade my site for customer facing and back-end links so I can cross promote my new rewards channel. This platform is just as easy as running my shopify store. I always wanted a rewards space but thought it would be too difficult to set up- Cheers best thing ever!

We take pride in customer experience and we wanted to give something back to our customers and show them how much it means to us both their trust and loyalty towards our company. Smile.io helped us express and implement this gratefulness and it didn't take long till our customers started using the app. More specifically, the app incentivised them to interact more with our company and in some cases, this interaction increased the order frequency as well.
Now, I'm not sure if this will make you more money but to us, additional sales from such app, although highly welcome, they definitely come second in our priorities. It's of great importance to us to build a great relationship with our customers and the smile app assisted us in giving them the feeling that their trust is mutual, which was our goal ever since we installed it.
A great app overall. On the plus side, customer service is awesome even when you have a lower tier plan. Props to Maggie for her excellent support.

Smile.io is one of the best app I've used in Shopify. The option is immense, in my humble opinion, while the UI / layout in simple and easy to configure.
I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a customer reward / point system.

Customer support is quick and helpful. The Smile app is easy to set up and their knowledge base is an excellent source of information. The customization and branding options are amazing.
