Smile.io staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. Adding this app increased our sales and encouraged repeat customers making our site have it's best week to date. It definitely pays to be a shopify plus customer, the added features are well worth it.

I know $59 to a new small business may seem hefty and alot, BUT I highly recommend this because the instant we launched this on our women's clothing boutique site as well as in-store, we saw immediate results! Our clients love the ease and use of this app, along with how well it integrates with Shopify. I love we can personalize/customize the look of it as well as how user friendly it is for those who may not be savvy with the latest technology how-tos. Give this app a try!

This app is awesome! We started out with the free version, and eventually moved up our plan to the Small Business Plan. We are really happy with is so far and have been seeing an increase in members joining every day. It's a great incentive to give customers to keep on coming back! Highly recommend. Compatible with mailchimp, and really easy to navigate.
