Smile.io support is top notch! Roel was super responsive and extremely helpful. He helped walk me through some challenging html code changes and, with his help, I successfully implemented the changes I wanted to make.
Install sit back let app work for you. Nothing to do but install app does the rest. Import to your master list when needed. Great tool to get you on your way.
Works great! I love the flexibility this app gives me! Support is awesome! They usually reply promptly. With sweet tooth I can give people points if a product wasn't quite 100% as a refund. Being in the agriculture / food industry they can't simply send the product back, so it works awesome to refund that way! I have many happy customers with this program!!

Smile is very user friendly but I most appreciate the incredible customer service. Christian took over an hour to walk me through redoing my point structure using my business AOV and educated me on strategy to help me make the most of my rewards and earn back customers' repeat business. Excited to see how much retention improves with this new strategy! Also love saying to customers "i just gave you X amount of extra points" to make up for any errors - they love the points bonus!

I used loyalties before but this seems much better and the customer service is amazing. I wanted to add all old customers to the app and they helped me with this. Took few hours and everything I needed they helped me in.
