Extremely satisfied with the customer service and speed of conversation. The demo was excellent, and our rep (Cole) was knowledgeable in the app and general Shopify information, which was especially helpful for our team, as we don't have technical staff on board. Excited to kick this program off for our customers.

The few times I have had to speak/write with the staff at Smile have been nothing but exceptional. They really are there to help and made sure all my concerns and/or issues were resolved. It is very nice to still see some companies out there will great customer service.

Amazing experience with a very thorough onboarding. We've been Smile customers previously with another store but we are still amazed by the level of service offered by Joana, Jade, Andreana, Angie, Maggie and Lisa. Great app with a good range of options to reward customers for their loyalty. Super helpful customer support, Joana spent time working through different options that might work for me both now and in the future for the type of rewards I would like to offer.
