The Smile Team has provided great help through their chat system. It does take a while for a team member to respond, but it is great that the chat is always active so you can jump back into conversation at any time. Their YouTube channel has been helpful as well! One challenge I have been met with through this app is that it requires an email in order for customers to redeem points. No complaints, just something to get used to. So far so good with the free option!

Smile has a great support team. And as for the app, is has everything I need to help grow my business. I have been using Smile: Loyalty & Rewards App for my Shopify store for a few months now and I have been very satisfied. My customers love earning points, and they love redeeming those points even more! Smile was easy to set up and when I needed help, the customer support team was quick to reply and super helpful. Currently, I am using the free app, but I will probably upgrade soon to take advantage of some additional features, such as integrations and customizable email messages.

I received assistance very quickly and Jade even followed up with an email that had all the links and info I was looking for to assist a customer. This app is great for our small business and it's so nice to talk to a real human.
